1. Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom bling products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Non-Customized Products: Refunds may be requested for non-customized items if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.


Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind on customized products.

Items not returned in their original condition.
